Capital Factory is offering private office space where your team can relax, be productive, and be stationed in the heart of downtown. Take a meeting, make a phone call, print a document, and more; our staff are pros at accommodations. Please note these rentals are not available for recreational activities. Not to worry! You’re welcome to attend our public events happening on the 16th floor.
